Welcome to VIP Limousine Services. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Accurate information (name, contact details, pick-up location, and time) must be provided at the time of booking.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if incorrect information is provided or in case of unsafe conditions.
2. Payments
- Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
- We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods.
- Prices may vary depending on vehicle type, service type, location, and duration.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before prior to the scheduled service for a full or partial refund.
Late cancellations or “no-shows” may result in a cancellation fee or no refund.
Refund processing timelines may vary depending on the payment method.
4. Service Rules
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards drivers and vehicles.
Smoking, use of illegal substances, or reckless behavior inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
Any damage caused to the vehicle by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility, and repair costs may be charged.
5. Waiting Time & Delays
For airport pickups, complimentary waiting time of is included. Additional waiting charges may apply thereafter.
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events beyond our control.
6. Passenger Safety
- Seat belts must be worn where required by law.
- VIP Limousine Services reserves the right to refuse transport to individuals who pose a safety risk.
7. Minimum Hourly Charges
- All limousine and party bus rentals are subject to a minimum booking duration. For most areas, there is a 3 to 4-hour minimum charge. For prom trips, the minimum booking requirement is 6 to 8 hours. Additional service charges may apply. For trips outside our standard service area, travel time will be added to the total booking duration.
8. Limitation of Liability
- While we take every measure to ensure timely service, VIP Limousine Services is not responsible for missed flights, events, or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., accidents, weather, traffic).
- We are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings left in the vehicle.
9. Use of Fleet Vehicles
- Vehicle selection is based on availability. If the chosen vehicle is unavailable, a similar or upgraded vehicle may be provided at no extra charge.
- Maximum passenger and luggage capacity limits must be respected
10. Privacy & Data Protection
We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
VIP Limousine Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
