Refund Policy
At VIP Limousine Services, we value our customers and aim to provide fair and transparent policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read the following carefully:
1. Cancellations by Customer
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the scheduled pickup time may be eligible for a partial refund (50%).
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Changes to Reservation
- Requests to change booking details (such as pickup time, date, or vehicle type) must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
- Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the final price.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Service Delays or Cancellations by Us
- In the unlikely event that VIP Limousine Services cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, etc.), customers will receive either:
- A full refund, or
- The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
6. Non-Refundable Charges
Additional charges such as waiting time, tolls, cleaning fees, or damage fees are non-refundable.
