Bookings & Reservations

You can book online through our website, by email, or by calling us directly. Bookings are confirmed upon payment or at least a day before the service. Looking to change or cancel? Just let us know we’ll guide you through the process.

For guaranteed availability, book at least 24 hours in advance. For urgent needs, we often can accommodate last-minute requests with as little as 2–4 hours’ notice.

Airport Transfers

Our chauffeurs meet you either at the baggage claim area with a personalized name board or at a designated exit. We track your flight and adjust pickup time for delays or early arrivals.

Standard pickup waits are 45–60 minutes after flight arrival. After that, additional waiting time is charged hourly. For standard pickups (like home or hotel), a 15-minute grace period is included.

Fleet & Amenities

Smoking is strictly prohibited. While drinking is generally discouraged, it may be allowed for certain occasions (e.g., weddings) in compliance with local laws.

We cannot exceed the licensed capacity of any vehicle for your safety and legal compliance. If you need more space, simply upgrade the vehicle or book an additional one.

Rates may include service, mileage, waiting time, and gratuity. However, additional fees can apply for extra stops, extended hours, cleaning, or special requests.

Our chauffeurs track traffic and flights in real time and strive for punctuality. However, delays can happen be assured we’ll communicate with you promptly and have backup measures in place.

Payment & Tipping

We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other payment methods depending on your region. A credit card may be required to secure the booking even if final payment is made in cash.

Tipping customs vary. Gratuity is typically 15–20% of the total fare and is at your discretion. Though some companies include it as a surcharge, it’s best handled directly or added at the end of your trip.
